Dear Unsung Hero Runners, Your efforts defy the mind, the past and superficiality. You provide me and others with tremendous uncertainty about what we can do. It is truly terrifying and thrilling to watch you move toward the 3100th mile. Truly stunning!. I would love to visit you before you finish.
With deep respect and awe, Laurie Carroll, USA andrewcohen.org
I thought I was a good runner to do about 400 miles in 6 days but I am flat out amazed that you all are running thousands of miles. You are an inspiration to me and I hope to join you sometime for one of your runs. Keep it up - you have FANS across the country rooting for your daily successes!!

Andreas Puntigam ran 64.2096 miles today to take top honors. Namitabha Arsic was the only other person to reach 60 miles. Abichal Sherrington passed the 2000 mile mark for the first time in his life in 38 days+12:11:10. The showers dwindled, but the hot, sticky air remained. The rest of field continued on, their seven week or more journey nearing the end.
