Go runners, go!What all of these immortal runners are achieving is beyond words and mental comprehension. Truly you are accomplishing something not only for yourselves but also for all of humanity. You have inspired all of us immensely! PS Matt (Miracle Man) Boulton has already proven what faith can achieve, entering this racewith so little ultra-running experience and (almost) no training. Those of us working at The Rainbow-Silence-Heart restaurant phoned him on Monday night. Then, on Wednesaday we had another "live cross" to Matt out on that gruelling course. Truly inspirational andmotivational!!!

Trishul and Abichal,Barbara and I are following your progress. Every day when I'm running in the heat, my admiration for you increases. Keep up the good work--it's inspiring!

My thoughts are with Trishul, and I want to tell him a joke. But it is so hot, it is official I think I could croak.
Keep running man, I am a big fan. With your hardwork and talent. You ought to be named "Sir Gallant".
You run so smooth you glide along like a snake but in the sun I bet you shake and bake.
Anyway, enough being silly and acting willy, nilly. I am rooting for you to keep the faith, stay the course and cut the tangents! Allay'  allay'  allay'  Monsier Trishul

Trishul and Suprabha: That's quite a race you are both doing! To All of the Runners: With last week's heat, all of you are an inspiration. My wife, Joyce, and I (57 yrs. old and no knees) did our first short triathlon of the season at the end of June which pales into insignificance next to your magnificent display of transcendence. Every day you are all transcending! Keep it up ...

Greetings from San Diego to all our amazing self-transcendence heroes! Just want you to know that cookies are on their way--should arrive Thursday morning. We're with you all the way!
