We had 13 runners in our race this week - many regular 
competitors were busy over the weekend climbing mountains 
and listening to the incomparable Adarsha at his all-night 
concert, so congratulations to those who still found the 
time to take part!

In the women's race we have a new winner, Sarah from 
Edinburgh in 14.48, her best time of the series so far. 
Grier, a friend of the Edinburgh centre, came second on 
her debut and Agnes was third, making it a clean sweep 
for Scotland.

In the mens race Roger was first with a season's worst time 
of 11.50, but second and third places went to runners who 
achieved their fastest times so far; Suswara in 12.25 and 
Alex from Dublin in 13.31. There were debuts from Janaka 
who ran an impressive 14.36 (making him the fastest "vet" 
to have taken part) and Hiyamallar who put down his golf 
clubs just long enough to clock a time of 16.10.

Prizewinner this week is Sarah who will receive something 
(even I don't know what it is yet) in the next day or two.
