What a great race! A mild morning in some beautiful
countryside on a flat road+path course - our thanks to
Richard and all his assistants for putting the event
together. My lifetime PB suggests the course was a little
shy of two miles, but the event provided a great opportunity
for us all to race together, something I wish we could do
every week.

I was inspired to see that Self Transcendence Marathon
preparation is obviously in full swing for everyone, with
some competitors in the race still recovering from 20-mile
runs the day before, while others including our men's winner
Adelino went out on epic training sessions after the race
was over.

Three more two mile races to go before we start to head off
to New York with a slightly longer race on our minds. Three
more opportunities for self transcendence. Will Dave break
the 11 minute barrier? Will Indrani get under 17.00? Will
Sarada get revenge on that tree???????????
