4 Mile Race, Cardiff, July 11th 2008

The final event of our three-race summer evening series in Bute Park on Friday 11th July at 7pm. Meet at the Blackweir Changing Rooms between 6pm and 6.30pm to sign up. The course is two laps of a scenic two mile loop on paths and roads in the park and along an adjoining cycle path - very flat & easy and pretty quick too. After the race goody bags will be given out to all those who ran all three races - and the awards for the series will be given out too (prizes donated by GARMIN and RUN AND BECOME).
