Welcome to the third annual Self-Transcendence 100km, 100km Teams, 50km Run (7am start) and 10km Run/Walk (9am start). For all of those looking for a new challenge or wishing to challenge their own previous achievements. Discover your own untapped potential.

Hagley Park
• Certified asphalt 2.5km lap. Course map.
• Enclosed rest areas
• Lovely scenery
• Well shaded course
Support for runners and walkers (walkers are permitted for 10km and also for 50km with a 12 hour cut-off)
The loop course is being used for this event specifically to provide the best possible care, support and encouragement to the runners

• Hourly scoreboard updates
• Nutritious snacks, meals and drinks throughout the race
• Delicious post race meal

• Applications close 5pm Friday 7th November
• Applicants for 50 and 100km events must be over 18 years of age

100km Teams Relay
• 4 people per team
• Each team member to run at least 60 minutes per stint.
• Entry form on back (sorry, no online entries for teams)
