START:  8:30 am at the Arboretum Loop atop Dows Lake.

COURSE:  A 6 km loop over rolling terrain with paved and well packed trail surfaces.

AGE CATEGORIES:
  First three women/men 17 and under
  First five women/men 18 to 49
  First three women/men 50 to 59
  First two women/men 60 to 69
  First woman/man 70 and over
  Draw prizes and t-shirts for all

SERVICES:
  Water and energy drink stations, light post-race breakfast for all.  Parking available
  across from Dows Lake Pavilion at Preston Street and in the Experimental Farm near
  the Ornamental Gardens.
